About me

My “day job” is working at a non-profit AIDS service organization, which is great. But my real passion is writing — I’ve published two novels about teenage gay/bisexual runaway boys. The story was actually inspired by Brian Molko of Placebo, and the main character is a big Robert Smith / The Cure fan. I was able to get permission to use a lot of lyrics in the books, from The Cure, Placebo, Tori Amos, Smashing Pumpkins, PJ Harvey, and more. Fun!
